After years of supporting individuals and families through direct support work, community access, mentoring and capacity building, we’re excited to officially announce the launch of our Support Coordination service.
At Ability&Ambition, we know that navigating the NDIS can sometimes feel overwhelming. Understanding funding, connecting with the right providers, coordinating supports and advocating for individual needs can quickly become stressful — especially when you’re already managing everyday life.
That’s where Support Coordination comes in.
Our role is to walk alongside participants, helping them understand and implement their NDIS plan while building the confidence and skills needed to navigate supports more independently over time.
Our Support Coordinators can assist with:
Most importantly, our approach is centred around the individual — their goals, preferences and vision for their future.
We understand that good support is about more than just ticking boxes.
Our team has built a strong reputation for delivering supports that are genuine, flexible and relationship-focused. We pride ourselves on creating meaningful connections with participants, families and stakeholders, while maintaining a practical, solution-focused approach behind the scenes.
With backgrounds in youth work, complex support needs, community engagement and person-centred practice, our team understands the importance of balancing professionalism with authenticity and human connection.
We are committed to delivering Support Coordination in a way that promotes participant choice and control. Participants will always remain at the centre of decision-making, including the freedom to choose providers and supports that best suit their individual needs and goals.
Our goal is to empower participants — not create dependency.
We are now accepting referrals for Support Coordination services across our service regions.
If you’d like to learn more about how our team can support you, your participant or your family, we’d love to connect.
